Between Lives – Spiritual Hypnosis

DISCOVER THE DEPTHS OF YOUR SOUL'S JOURNEY

Between-lives hypnosis is a profound and enlightening experience that allows you to explore the state between your past lives and your current life. This journey provides invaluable insights into your soul’s purpose, the lessons you are here to learn, and the spiritual growth you are achieving.

🧠 How Hypnotherapy Works

Hypnotherapy uses a deeply focused state of attention to access the subconscious mind — the part where emotional patterns, beliefs, and past experiences are stored. In this state, you’re more receptive to insight and change, which makes it possible to gently shift the thoughts and responses that keep you stuck.

This approach is particularly effective for anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, phobias, depression, emotional eating, chronic pain, and habit change — such as smoking or substance use. It’s not about losing control, but about regaining it from within. By working with the subconscious, hypnotherapy helps you create lasting emotional and behavioral shifts — from the inside out.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Your first visit to a hypnotherapist typically lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. The session is thoughtfully structured into several key stages that gently guide you through the entire experience — from intention-setting to deep spiritual exploration and integration.

After introductions, your hypnotherapist will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and a confidentiality agreement. For the treatment to be successful, it is essential that the client visits the hypnotherapist on one’s own initiative and not at the insistence of another person. It is also crucial to answer all questions posed by the hypnotherapist to accurately define the situation that often seems hopeless to the client.

Through targeted questions, the situation you wish to resolve will be better defined, and goals will be set that you aim to achieve with the help of hypnotherapy. Whether you seek to relieve anxiety or stress, boost your self-confidence, overcome fears, lose weight, quit smoking, make a decision, or improve performance in sports or school by finding new motivation, it is important that the hypnotherapist and client work as a team for hypnotherapy to achieve good results.

Following the initial consultation, and with the client’s consent, the hypnotherapist guides the client into a state of hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural state of the human mind, evidenced by the fact that we all enter a state of hypnosis multiple times each day without even realizing it. It is a state similar to sleep, characterized by focused concentration, where the conscious part of brain activity makes way for the subconscious.

This allows us to tap into the natural resources of the human subconscious to identify the root cause of the problem, which prevents the client from functioning harmoniously with themselves and their environment. Subsequently, with positive suggestions, we eliminate the cause and make the necessary “steps” to achieve the client’s set goal.

There are many misconceptions about hypnosis; however, hypnosis is completely safe and highly beneficial. There are no contraindications or adverse effects associated with hypnotherapy. It is important for clients opting for hypnotherapy to genuinely want to resolve the unwanted situation they are in. Often, they turn to hypnotherapy after reaching a certain level with previous treatments but still find themselves limited in their regular life activities.

After returning to a fully awake state, the hypnotherapist will ask the client a few brief questions to help the client “consciously process” each part of the therapy and its benefits. By answering these questions, the client becomes aware of the facts and their new perceptions, which is the first positive sign that they are receptive to continuing therapy. This continued therapy aims for the client’s well-being, problem resolution, and life advancement.

In this profound state, you’ll explore key aspects of your soul’s journey, such as:
• Soul Purpose: Understand your soul’s mission and the lessons you are here to learn in this lifetime.
• Life Selection: Gain insights into why you chose your current life, including your family, environment, and key challenges.
• Spiritual Guides: Connect with your spiritual guides or higher self, who can offer wisdom and guidance.
• Soul Groups: Discover the souls who journey with you across lifetimes, often appearing as significant people in your current life.

Between-lives hypnosis allows you to gain a higher perspective on your existence. You have the ability to explore and understand more about your Higher Self and your true being. Working with your spirit guides or higher beings can provide amazing insights about your life path.
This experience can be one of the most rewarding parts of the life between lives hypnosis. It’s like a forgotten memory that is brought back.
You may understand recurring patterns, unresolved issues, and your overall spiritual progression. This can bring clarity, purpose, and peace to your current life.

After exploring the between-lives state, the hypnotherapist will gently guide you back to full wakefulness. You will feel refreshed, enlightened, and often experience a sense of profound clarity and peace. The therapist will then discuss your experience with you, helping you integrate the insights and understand their impact on your life.

CONTINUED EXPLORATION AND GROWTH

Many people find immense value in a single session of between-lives hypnosis, but you may choose to have additional sessions for further exploration.A single session is ideal for those who are curious about past life regression or wish to have a one-time experience. After completing the first session, many people may feel inclined to explore further past lives. Additional sessions can provide a broader perspective on the journey of the soul.

Often, the past lives revealed offer insights and understanding that can be applied to and help with issues in the current life.

A comparative study by the American Hypnosis Clinic showed the following results for addressing the same issue:

It's difficult to determine the exact number of sessions needed to resolve issues, as it varies from person to person. Some issues may be resolved in just 1 or 2 sessions, while others may take longer. I generally recommend budgeting for 3 sessions initially. After the first session, we'll have a better understanding of whether additional, deeper work will be necessary.
