Panic Attacks

When fear takes over your body — therapy helps you take it back.

What Is a Panic Attack?

Panic attacks are sudden episodes of intense fear or discomfort that appear unexpectedly, often lasting between a few minutes and half an hour. They’re overwhelming and typically accompanied by a rush of physical symptoms — racing heartbeat, dizziness, sweating, shortness of breath, nausea, trembling, chest tightness.
Even though they pass, the fear of having another attack can become more disabling than the attacks themselves.

When Fear Becomes a Cycle

With time, many people begin to avoid situations where a panic attack might happen — like public places, driving, or being alone. This fear of fear can shrink life down to something unrecognizable, leading to isolation and additional emotional struggles.

You Can Break the Cycle

With the right tools, support, and therapeutic guidance, panic attacks can be not only managed but significantly reduced. Through education, breathing and grounding techniques, and deeper therapeutic work, it’s possible to reclaim calm — and rebuild confidence in your own body.

Let’s Work Together

If panic attacks are disrupting your life, you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we’ll create a space where safety grows — and fear loses its grip.
